JUSTICE A. GUNESHWAR SHARMA O R D E R 25-07-2025 [1] The applications being MC(WP(C)) No. 41 of 2025, MC(WP(C)) No. 40 of 2025 and MC(WP(C)) No. 42 of 2025 have been filed by Mr. L. Rajesh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent No. 3 in WP(C) No. 79 of 2023 and the petitioners in WP(C) No. 777 of 2023 and WP(C) No. 776 of 2023 on the ground that he and his colleagues could not make any further contact with their clients and in the circumstances, they could not represent them and conduct the case. Notice has already been served to the parties. However, none appears on behalf of the parties. [2] In the circumstances, the applications are allowed and Mr. L. Rajesh, learned counsel and his colleagues are discharged from being the counsel for the parties. [3] Registry is directed to issue notice to the said parties for engaging fresh counsel or appearing in person. [4] Also present Mr. Kh. Tarunkumar, learned senior counsel for the petitioner in WP(C) No. 79 of 2023 and Mr. T. Momo, learned senior counsel for Softball Association of India. [5] List the remaining matters on 20-08-2025.
