This Criminal Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner in July, 2021, wherein Registry has pointed out the defects, however, no steps have been taken by the petitioner to cure the defects. On 05.03.2025 also the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court granted time to the petitioner to remove the defects but the said order has not been complied with. 2.
