The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayers: "It is therefore, prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow the petition while quashing the FIR No. 31 of 2023 registered in Police Station; Mahila Thana Durg (C.G.), in the interest of justice." 3. The learned State counsel has submitted that the final report has been submitted against the petitioner on 27.11.2024 before the competent Court and the learned counsel for the petitioner states he wants to file the petition afresh and to take recourse of law to challenge the charge sheet, hence, the present petition be dismissed as withdrawn. 4. In view of the above, the present petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to take recourse to law if aggrieved by the charge sheet.
