Mr. Rakesh Chandra Tiwari, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, his client's property is adjacent to the forest. He has erected boundary wall. Apprehending claim by the forest authority, he made representation, inter alia, dated 17th January, 2025 to respondent no.3 (the Sub-Divisional Magistrate). In the representation, he gave particulars of his ownership so that the position stands clarified. He seeks direction upon said respondent to consider the representation. 2. Mr. Ambrish Shukla, learned advocate, Additional Chief Standing Counsel appears on behalf of State and submits, petitioner is claiming to be a forest dweller. Be that as it may, the representation will be duly dealt with. 3. Respondent no.3 is directed to consider petitioner's representation dated 17th January, 2025. Certified copy of this order along with copy of the representation be communicated by petitioner to said respondent. For purpose of the consideration, said respondent may require assistance from petitioner. Within four weeks of the consideration, result of it be made known to him. 4.
