Son, learned counsel for the applicants who by means of this application has prayed to implead the Department of Administrative Reforms, Arunachal Pradesh as respondent No. 11. He has referred to the order passed by this Court on 13.05.2025 in the connected WP (C) 502 (AP) 2023 in which such a requirement was felt by the Court. Page No.# 7/7 Also heard Ms. R. Basar, learned State counsel; Shri T. Tagum, learned Standing counsel for the Education Department; and Ms. Y. Gao, learned counsel representing DSGI, who do not have any objection to the present application. Considering the prayer and also the subject matter of the writ petition, this Court is of the opinion that the prayer for impleadment is liable to be allowed, which is accordingly done. The Department of Administrative Reforms, Arunachal Pradesh represented by Secretary/ Commissioner, Department of Administrative Reforms, Arunachal Pradesh is impleaded as respondent No. 11. The learned counsel for the applicant is required to file an amended Cause-Title in the writ petition within a period of a week from today. After such filing of amended Cause-Title, an extra copy of the writ petition along with amended Cause-Title be served upon Ms. R. Basar, learned State counsel.
