Alleging that the respondents have not complied with the orders and directions issued by this court in W.P. (S) No. 6022 of 2024 dated 26.09.2024, the petitioner /complainant is before this court in this contempt petition. 2 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is posted as Tahsildar, Bagicha, District Jashpur and is subjected to frequent transfer, as since last 1 ½ years, he has been transferred for about 5 times and by the order dated 13.09.2024 (Annexure P-1 filed alongwith the writ petition), he has been transferred 6th time to Surajpur showing the place of posting as Jashpur. He further submits vide order under contempt dated 26.09.2024, effect & operation of the transfer order 13.09.2024 has been stayed by this Court only till next date of hearing and the next date of hearing was given as week commencing 15.10.2024. It is contended that after week commencing 15.10.2024, interim order dated 26.9.2024 has not been extended by this Court, as the case is not listed for hearing. 3. Having considered the fact that stay was made effective till the next date of hearing and, thereafter, the case was directed to be listed in week commencing 15.10.2024 and aforesaid stay order granted by this Court vide order dated 26.09.2024 in W.P.(S) No. 6022 of 2024 has not been extended after next date of hearing i.e. week commencing 15.10.2024, therefore, stay granted vide order dated 26.09.2024 has lost its effect, as such, no case of contempt is made out. 4. Accordingly, the contempt petition stands disposed of. Rule issued is discharged.
