The short grievance of the petitioners is that, at the instance of 6th respondent, the respondent authorities are trying to dispossess them from their residential open plots without issuing any notice and without following due process of law.
2. Heard Sri Subbarao Korrapati, learned counsel for the petitioners, Sri Bala Krishna, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj Department and Sri M.Sudhir, learned Standing counsel for Gram Panchayat.
3. When the matter is taken up for consideration, Sri M.Sudhir, learned Standing counsel for Gram Panchayat on instructions submitted that the Gram Panchayat has not interfered with the subject plots and never issued any notices to the petitioners, as alleged by them.
4. Recording the said submission, as the Gram Panchayat has not interfered with the subject plots and never issued any notices to the petitioners, there remains nothing for adjudication and the writ petition can be closed.
Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. No costs.
Miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
