ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: <…to issue a writ or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 4th, 5th respondents and their staff in calling the petitioner to the 4th respondent police station and threatening the petitioner at the behest of 6th respondent to pay an amount of Rs 60,000/- to 6th respondent or risk being implicated in false cases as illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and consequently direct the 4th, 5th respondents and their staff not to interfere in civil disputes, by calling the petitioner to the 4th respondent police station, not to pressurize to pay money to 6th respondent or threaten the petitioner with implication in false cases, while directing the 2nd and 3rd respondents to initiate departmental action against the 5th respondent for such illegal acts …=
2. Heard Sri Sasanka Bhuvanagiri, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri P.Ajay Babu, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondent police are calling the petitioner to the police station and threatening at the behest of 6th respondent to pay an amount of Rs 60,000/- to the 6th respondent.
4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that on the complaint made by the 6th respondent, as per the instructions of the respondent Nos.4 and 5, one constable contacted the petitioner and requested him to come to the police station for

enquiry. But the petitioner did not respond to the said call. He would further submit that as the subject matter is related to money transactions and it is civil in nature, the police advised the 6th respondent to approach the competent Civil Court to work out his remedy.
5. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
