“10] RELIEF SOUGHT 1] That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a direction the respondent authorities to produce the records regarding the construction which is raised by the private respondents, in the interest of justice. 2] That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions to the respondent no. 2 to enquire the matter, whether the private respondent no. 3 & 4 have taken any permission for carrying out the construction, in the interest of justice. 3] That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions to respondent no. 3 & 4 prohibiting them to raise illegal construction and not damage the property of petitioner and further the respondent no.2 may kindly be directed to take appropriate action against the private respondent no. 3 & 4 in accordance with law, in the interest of justice. 4] That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief(s), which is deemed fit and proper in the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case. 2. From perusal of the writ petition as well as the reliefs sought by the petitioner, it appears that the matter relates to civil dispute and the same cannot be entertained under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. 3.
