When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the first and second respondents submitted that the application submitted by the petitioner has been rejected and the status of the application is available in the website. He further submitted that if the application had been rejected on the ground that it is incomplete, the petitioner has to resubmit the application with all the particulars. If the application had been rejected on merits, the petitioner has to avail the appellate remedy. In the light of the above submission, it is left open to the petitioner to ascertain the reason for the rejection of the application and act accordingly. This writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
