Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that basing on the complaint of the 4th respondent, a case in Cr.No.112 of 2023 under Sections 420, 195(A) & 506 r/w 34 of IPC was registered in Mahila P.S., Anantapuram on 18.11.2023 against the 4 petitioner and others. Except for the purpose of investigation, the police never called the petitioner to the police station. 5. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed to follow due process of law regarding the crime registered against the petitioner. No order as to costs.
