Hon'ble Anish Kumar Gupta,J. 1. The petitioner complains that the private respondents are running brick kilns without valid permission. It is also alleged that the brick kilns are situated at a place which is not in accordance with the norms prescribed. In respect of respondent no. 6, the submission is that the Mining Officer, Kushinagar in his communication dated 19.3.2025 admitted that the brick kiln was being run without any valid permission and it was closed down. The case of the petitioner is that the brick kilns are still being run, but no action is being taken by the U.P. Pollution Control Board. 2. Sri Mehul Khare, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent no. 3, i.e. Regional Environmental Officer, Gorakhpur, states that the Board will examine the grievance of the petitioner and will take appropriate decision. 3. Having regard to the said stand, we dispose of the instant petition by providing that the U.P. Pollution Control Board will examine the grievance of the petitioner if any representation is made by him to the Board, after due notice and opportunity of hearing to all concerned.
