Learned Counsel for the appellant – Insurance Company has filed a Memo for Withdrawal and seeks the leave of the Lok Adalath to withdraw the above appeal as not pressed. Further, the learned Counsel for the appellant – Insurance Company prays that the amount if any, deposited before this Court may be transferred to the Claims Tribunal. Further, the learned Counsel for the respondent – claimant submits and prays that the entire compensation 3 awarded by the Claims Tribunal along with accrued interest may be released in favour of the respondent – claimant. The said submission of the learned Counsel appearing for the respondent – claimant is placed on record. 3. In view of the Memo, the appellant – Insurance Company is permitted to withdraw the above appeal. The said memo is placed on record. Accordingly, the above Miscellaneous First Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. The amount if any, deposited before this Court shall be transferred to the Claims Tribunal. The entire compensation amount awarded by the Claims Tribunal including interest is ordered to be released in favour of the respondent – claimant, on proper identification.
