Suraj Pal, pending in the court of Sessions Judge, Champawat, which is based on Case Crime No. 99 of 2023, under Section 376 (2) (f), 376 (n), 352, 342, 354C IPC and Section 66E of the Information Technology Act, 2000, Police Station Banbasa, Districgt Champawat. He has sought his release on bail. This is second bail application of the applicant. His first bail application was dismissed on merits on 31.07.2024. 2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2 3. Having considered, this Court is of the view that there is no new ground to enlarge the applicant on bail.
