The petitioner states that at the time of superannuation, the entire amount due to the Society was settled and the retirement benefits were disbursed without any recovery. Claiming that amounts are due to the petitioner from the Society, he has submitted Ext.P6 representation before the 3rd respondent. The limited prayer of the petitioner is for a consideration of Ext.P6 by the 3rd respondent. In the facts and circumstances of the case, there will be a direction to the 3rd respondent or the competent WP(C) NO.10348 OF 2025 : 4 : 2025:KER:25634 authority to consider Ext.P6 representation, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
