As per information available, the applicant/appellant, Asif Mohammad, has surrendered before the concerned Jail Superinten- dent on 07.09.2026 i.e. on the last date of suspension of sentence Learned Deputy Advocate General has submitted that thereafter one month’s parole has also been granted to the applicant Asif Mohammad. Therefore, this application has been infructuous and is disposed of accordingly. Cr.MP. No. 1565 of 2026 This application is disposed of with liberty to file afresh, if need so arises.
