Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and upon perusal of the material available on record, this Court feels it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition directing the petitioner to submit a fresh application to the respondent authorities with all relevant material papers and on such application, the 2'^^ respondent is directed to consider of the application submitted by the petitioner in the light of the report filed by the Revenue Inspector in the 7^'^ respondent office and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, within a period of forty (40) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. \ 3 % 6.
