Present petition has been filed challenging the impugned FIR dated 12.4.2025, registered as Case Crime No. 0249 of 2025, under Sections 112, 318(4) BNS and Sections 3, 4 Gambling Act and Sections 3, 25, 30 Arms Act, P.S. Civil Lines, District Moradabad. 3. On being confronted with the fact that Criminal Misc. Writ Petition No. 7830 of 2024 (Sumit Sethi and another vs. State of UP and 3 others) filed by the co-accused Sumit Sethi was got dismissed as withdrawn on 23.4.2025, learned counsel for the petitioners prays that the petitioners herein may also be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail the remedy as may be available to them in law. 4. Prayer aforesaid is allowed. 5. Present petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
