It be clearly mentioned on the Non- bailable warrants that they be handed over for execution to an officer not below the rank of Sub-Inspector. Further, issue court notice to Jail Superintendent concerned to provide the copy of the Personal Bond as well as Surety Bond furnished by the petitioner at the time of securing his release on furlough.
