No. 01, an application for condonation of delay of 282 days in filing of this petition. 2) No reply has been filed with regard to the said application. 3) On due consideration and for the reasons assigned therein, which is duly supported by an affidavit, I am inclined to allow the same. 3 4) The application (I.A. No.01) is allowed and delay in filing this petition is, accordingly, condoned. 5) Also, heard on admission. 6) This M.C.C. has been filed for restoration of petition, being WPC No. 3655 of 2011, which was dismissed in default by this Court vide order dated 31.01.2024. 7) On due consideration and for the reasons assigned therein, which is duly supported by an affidavit, I am inclined to allow the same. 8) Accordingly, the instant M.C.C. is allowed and petition being WPC No. 3655 of 2011 is directed to be restored to its original number subject to cost of Rs.2,500/- payable to the High Court Legal Services Committee, through its Secretary Member, within a period of 15 days from today. 9) With the aforesaid directions, the petition stands disposed of. -Sd/- (Sanjay S.
