The petitioner has filed this petition seeking the following relief (s) : 10.1 That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction to the respondents to avail the necessary revenue record as short by the petitioner. 10.2 That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate writ, directing the respondent authorities to decide the application of the petitioner as early as possible. 10.3 Any other relief, which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper according to the facts and circumstances of the REKHA SINGH Digitally signed by REKHA SINGH -2- case along with the cost of the petitioner.” 2. Mr. Jangde, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner moved an application before the Tehsil of his Mohla, Manpur and District Rajnandgaon (C.G.) to provide documents relating to mutation of Survey No.231 ad-measuring 0.90 acres situated at Village-Tolum, Patwari Circle No.4, Tehsil Manpur, District Rajnandgaon (C.G.). He would further submit that the mutation documents have not been supplied yet and the authorities have informed the petitioner that the documents are not available with the office. 3. On the other hand, learned Panel Lawyer appearing for the State would oppose the submissions made by Mr. Jangde. 4. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and perused the documents placed on record. 5. Taking into consideration the grievance raised by the petitioner, this petition is disposed of reserving liberty in favour of the petitioner to move a representation before the Collector, Rajnandgaon within a period of 15 days and in turn, the authority concerned shall take appropriate steps for redressal of grievances of the petitioner preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.
