PUBLIC PROSECUTOR Petition under Section 482 and Sec. 528 of BNSS is filed praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to modify the order dt. 17.10.2025 passed by this High Court of Andhra Pradesh in CRLP.No. 10275 of 2025 in Cr.No. 294 of 2022 on the file of the Kasimkota Police Station, Anakapalli District by considering the situation of the Petitioner/Accused No. Petitioner/Accused No. 5 shall be enlarged on bail subject to executing bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with 5 as "The one surety for the like sum each to the satisfaction of the XII Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Anakapalli" instead of "The Petitioner/Accused No.5 shall be enlarged on bail subject to his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees one lakh only), with two sureties each for the like sum each to the satisfaction of the learned II Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division) -cum- XI Additional Metroplltan Magistrate, Anakapalll" Pending disposal of CRLP No. 10275 of 2025, on the file of the High Court. The court, while directing issue of notice to the Respondents herein to show cause as to why this application should not be complied with, made the following order.(The receipt of this order will be deemed to be the receipt of notice in the case). The Court made the following ORDER Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been in judicial custody for more than two months after the passing of the order, as he Is unable to comply with the conditions imposed by this Court. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, condition No.(i) in paragraph No.5 imposed on the petitioner/Accused No.5 in CrI.P.No. 10275 of 2025, vide order dated 17.10.2025, is hereby modified asunder: The petitioner/Accused No.5 shall be released on bail subject to his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) with two sureties for a like sum each, to the satisfaction of the learned XII Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Anakapalll.
