Sri Balakrishna, learned Assistant Government Pleader, by placing on record the written instructions of the Executive Engineer, PRI Division, Penukonda vide Rc.No.18/B2/2025, dated 12.11.2025, submitted that after statutory recoveries the petitioner is entitled to get an amount of Rs.11,79,470/- and sought three (03) months time for payment. 3. Sri Abhay Siddanth Mootha, learned counsel for the petitioner, reported no objection for receiving the amount of Rs.11,79,470/- in full quittance of the claim and also for granting time sought for by the learned Assistant Government Pleader. 4. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondent authorities to pay an amount of Rs.11,79,470/- to the petitioner within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of copy of the order.
