GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in opening and continuation of Rowdy Sheet no 1065 against the Petitioner, as illegal arbitary and violation of article 14 and 21 Constitution of India and violative of AP Standing orders 2 consequently to set aside the same and consequently to direct the respondents not to call petitioner to the police station in connection with Rowdy Sheet and not to interfere with the day to day life of the petitioner.” 2. Sri Peta Gnana Teja, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that, no cases are pending against the Petitioner and hence, the impugned rowdy sheet may be set aside. 3. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that, no cases are pending against the Petitioner and to curb and curtail the unlawful activities of the Petitioner the impugned Rowdy Sheet has been opened against the Petitioner. 4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is allowed and the impugned Rowdy Sheet against the Petitioner is hereby set aside. There shall be no order as to costs.
