By way of the instant MCC, the applicant seeks modification in the order dated 28.11.2024, passed in WPS No. 7717 of 2024 by this Court. 2. Upon perusal of the order dated 28.11.2024, it is apparent that there are typographical errors in the cause-title. 3. In the particulars of respondents No. 2 and 3 respectively, in cause-title, 2 the phrase “The Sub-Divisional Officer Kondagaon” and “Baster, Division Jagdalpur District – Baster C.G.” was inadvertently used. 4. In the light of the aforementioned typographical errors, the order dated 28.11.2024, passed in WPS No. 7717 of 2024 is hereby modified and respondents No. 2 and 3 respectively, shall be referred as under :- “2. The Executive Engineer Public Health Engineering Department, Division Jagdalpur, District Bastar, Chhattisgarh. 3.
