Heard Ms. Smita Thakur, the learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mr Anshul Anjarlekar, the learned Counsel for the Respondent. 2. Interim Application No. 7937 of 2025 is not on board. By consent of the parties Interim Application No. 7937 of 2025 is taken on board. 3. The learned Counsel for the parties submit that the parties have amicably resolved the dispute and the Consent Terms have been executed. The learned Counsel for the parties seek leave to tender the Consent Terms. Leave granted. Consent Terms are taken on record. 4. Dr. Satish Kumar Velaga, Scientific Officer-G, Head, RHEDS, Reprocessing Group, IGCAR, the authorised representative of the Petitioner, and Mr. J Ravi, Director of the Respondent are present before the Court. 5. They submit that they have read and understood the contents of the Consent Terms. They admit the execution of Consent Terms and contents thereof. They are identified by their respective Advocates. 6. It appears that the parties have worked out a comprehensive settlement of the dispute. The Consent Terms appear to have been executed voluntarily and there is no coercion or duress. 7. The Consent Terms are thus taken on record and marked “X”. 8. The Petition stands allowed in accordance with the Consent Terms. ARS 2/3 2-IA-5957-2025.DOC 9. The undertakings in the Consent Terms are accepted as undertakings to the Court. 10. The amount of Rs.8,42,89,449/- deposited by the Petitioner pursuant to the order dated 6th May 2025 passed by this Court, alongwith interest accrued thereon, be paid to the Petitioner on proper identification and in accordance with law. 11. The Commercial Arbitration Petition stands disposed. 12. Refund of Court fees in accordance with Rules. 13.
