Shri Pavan P. Sarise, Adv. h/f Shri R.J. Shinde, Advocate for Respondent No.1. Shri S.C. Joshi, AGP for Respondent Nos.2 and 3. …………….. CORAM : PRAVIN S. PATIL, J. DATED : SEPTEMBER 09, 2025 . 1. By this application, applicant-cross-objector is seeking condonation of delay of 706 days in filing the cross- objection. 2. In the present appeal, it is admitted fact that the appeal filed by original appellant-respondent no.2 is already admitted by this court by order dated 11.2.2020. It is seen that there is a delay of 706 days in filing the cross- objection. 3. In view of law laid down by the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, the cross-objector fairly conceded that he will not claim the interest from the date 11.2.2020 till 1.1.2024 in case his cross-objection is allowed by this Court. 2 24cao407.24.odt 4. Hence, for the reasons stated in the application and statement made by applicant, delay is condoned. Application stands disposed of. 5. Office is directed to register the cross-objection and list the matter as per its turn. (PRAVIN S. PATIL, J.) Gulande
