It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that though the petitioner could not produce the vehicle within one month from the date of grant of permit, the petitioner produced the vehicle within the extended time and therefore, there is no reason to deny the issue of the permit to the petitioner after finalization of timings. 3. The learned Government Pleader fairly concedes that the petitioner had produced the vehicle within the extended time available. He submits that the permit can be issued to the petitioner after finalization of timings within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment. Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader and having regard to the WP(C) NO. 10260 OF 2025 3 2025:KER:26692 submissions made as above, this writ petition will stand disposed of directing that the permit granted to the petitioner in terms of Ext.P1 shall be issued after finalization of timings, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment.
