JUSTICE BUDI HABUNG ORDER Date : 19-06-2025 Heard Mr. Kemo Lollen, learned counsel for the applicant. Also heard Mr. T. Ete, learned Additional PP for the State of Arunachal Pradesh. 2. This Court vide order dated 21.05.2025, had granted interim protection to the accused/applicant with a direction to the accused/applicant to cooperate Page No.# 2/3 and appear before the IO of the case within 3 (three) days. 3. It is submitted that in compliance of the above direction, the accused applicant appeared before the IO of the case on 23.05.2025 and 04.06.2025 and gave his statement. The I.O of the case arrested the accused applicant on 04.06.2025, and subsequently released on execution of bail bond on the strength of the interim anticipatory bail granted by this Court. 4. Mr. T. Ete, learned Additional PP while referring to the case diary submits that after obtaining interim anticipatory bail, the accused applicant is cooperating and appearing before the IO of the case, and he has been arrested and subsequently released on bail. The accused has been cooperating and continued to appear before the IO of the case, hence, the state does not oppose the confirmation of interim bail. 5. Having regard to the nature of allegation and considering that the accused is cooperating with the IO of the case and not likely to abscond or temper with evidence; no further custodial interrogation appears necessary at this stage. 6. In view of the above, the prayer for making the interim anticipatory bail absolute is justified. 7. Accordingly, the interim anticipatory bail granted to the accused, Shri. Limi Loyi, on 21.05.2025, is hereby regularized and made absolute with the same terms and conditions with the further condition that: (i) That the accused applicant shall continue to cooperate and appear Page No.# 3/3 before the IO of the case as and when called for. (ii) That the accused applicant shall not hamper or tamper with the evidence(s) of the case in any manner. (iii) That the accused applicant shall not commit an offence similar to the offence of which he is accused of. (iv) That the accused applicant shall not, directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the court or to any police officer. 8.
