No. DATE ORDER OFFICE NOTE 17. 18.09.2025 JS, J I.A.No.1 of 2025 This application is filed by petitioners/appellant Nos.2 and 3 seeking to apportion the compensation amount of the 1st appellant to the 2nd and 3rd petitioners/appellants herein. Learned counsel for the petitioner appeared virtually and submits that this Court has passed orders on 31.07.2025 by which time the 1st appellant died. The said fact was brought to his notice only after receiving of the order copy. He further submits that since the 1st appellant has passed away, the compensation amount shall be apportioned between petitioners/appellant Nos. 2 and 3. Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners and after perusing the death certificate of the 1st appellant dated 27.03.2025 filed by the petitioners, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the respondents to apportion the compensation 2 amount between petitioners/appellant Nos. 2 and 3.
