We have perused the material available on record and find that by filling of the writ petition the petitioner has challenged the [2025:RJ-JP:12868-DB] (2 of 2) [CW-14793/2020] order dated 20.11.2020 (Annexure-5) with regard to Installation of ‘Mobile Tower’. Since the ‘Mobile Tower’ in question has already been installed in the year 2020, therefore, we are not inclined to interfere in this Public Interest Litigation after a delay of five years.
