2. The case of the petitioner is that he purchased land to an extent of Ac.2-34 cents in Sy.No.137/1 of Ogu Village, V.Kota Mandal, Chittoor District (hereinafter referred to as the >subject land?) and that he acquired the said land by way of a registered sale deed, dated 15.04.2002 and since then he is in possession and enjoyment of the subject property. The revenue authorities were mutated and also issued pattadar passbook and title deed in his favour. While so, the petitioner was constrained to get Online revenue records pertaining to the subject land through Mee-seva. He came to know that the respondent authorities without following due procedure, reduced the Online revenue entries. Inspite of several oral requests, the petitioner submitted a representation to correct the entries relating to the subject land. 3. This court on 10.11.2025 passed the following interim order:
4
<The present writ petition has been filed aggrieved by the action of the respondents in unilaterally correcting the revenue records by reducing an extent of Ac.0-38 cents. To support his contention, learned counsel for the petitioner has placed reliance on the materials filed along with the writ petition, documents downloaded on 19.08.2020, as well as the latest documents downloaded on 22.10.2025. The earlier records show the name of the petitioner for an extent of Ac.2-34 cents in Sy.No.137/1, whereas the latest records show an extent of Ac.1-96 cents recorded in favour of the petitioner in Sy.No.137/1.
Learned counsel has submitted that while altering the revenue records by reducing Ac.0-38 cents, the respondents have not followed the procedure contemplated under the relevant Act and the Rules made thereunder: Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, thee shall be an interim direction to the 4th respondent to file a counter affidavit to the writ petition on or before 08.12.2025. In the event of failure to file the counter affidavit along with the entire records by the said date, both respondent Nos.2 and 4 are directed to appear before this Court on the next date of hearing. List the matter on 08.12.2025.=
4. Consequent to the above interim orders, the 4th respondent has filed counter. In the counter, it is submitted that the lands pertaining to Ogu Village were taken up for resurvey for the welfare of farmers during the year 2022 and it was completed in the same year. The resurvey data has been uploaded in Bhunaksha portal and webland portal and the process under Section 13 was also completed. The notification was published in Gazette vide No.194/2022, dated 27.09.2022.
5. It is further stated that on receipt of the application/representation submitted by the petitioner on 24.10.2025 seeking correction of the entries in the webland in respect of Sy.No.137 for an extent of Ac.2-34 cents of Ogu village, a direction was issued to the Mandal Surveyor to inspect and submit a

report. As per the report and request made by the petitioner, for correction of the entries in the Bhunaksha portal and webland portal vide order of this Court dated 03.12.2025, steps have been initiated for correction of entries in the Bhunaksha portal and webland portal after obtaining necessary approval. It is submitted that, accordingly, a corrected 1-B khata for an extent of Ac.2-34 cents will be issued to the petitioner.
6. Considering the said submissions, as the respondent authorities have already acted upon the representation of the petitioner for correction of the entries in the weblands, nothing survives in this writ petition.
7. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents more particularly, the 4th respondent to complete this exercise expeditiously within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of copy of this
order. There shall be no order as to costs.
