DATED : 10.07.2025 By this application, the applicant is seeking condonation of delay, which is caused in preferring revision application, challenging the order passed by the Family Court, Yavatmal, of grant of maintenance. The reasons assigned in the application is that, as the applicant was suffering from ailment and, therefore, he could not approach to the Counsel and, therefore, the delay of 42 days is caused. 2. Despite the notice issued to the respondents, none appears. The application is supported with the medical certificate. The reasons mentioned in the application appears to be reasonably and satisfactory one. In view of that, the application deserves to be allowed. Accordingly, I proceed to pass the following order: 2 932 appr 22-2025 ORDER (i) The application is allowed. (ii) Delay of 42 days is condoned subject to the costs of Rs.2000/-. (iii) The non-applicant No.1 is entitled to receive the said costs. (iv) The Revision be numbered after payment of costs.
