Learned counsel for the applicant submits that although the matter has been listed on a compounding application, but respondent no.2 is not turning up despite having taken the money which is involved in the present litigation. 5. He further informed this Court that co-accused of the case have already been acquitted by the trial court vide judgment and order dated 18.06.2025, passed in Criminal Case No.390 of 2022. 6. Applicant – Amarjeet Singh is present before this Court. 7. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that he wants to withdraw the present C482 application enabling the applicant to face trial, which has been stayed by this Court vide order dated 19.05.2025. 8.
