Case No.266 of 2024 arising out of Chas (Mufassil) P.S. Case No.104 of 2024 for the offences registered under Section 376(D) of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned A.D.J.-IVth, Bokaro. Petitioners are the friends of the husband of the prosecutrix. It is alleged that on 16.05.2024, the husband of the prosecutrix along with the present petitioners had gang raped her. It further appears that she was threatened that if she will disclose this matter to anybody, her son will be murdered.
