The present contempt application has been filed pleading willful disobedience of the order dated 06.02.2025 passed by this Court in Writ-C No. 28484 of 2024. Pursuant to the order dated 29.04.2025 passed by this Court, Sri Ashish Kumar, learned counsel for opposite party has filed compliance affidavit of the opposite party alongwith photocopy of cheque, which is taken on record. He submitted that out of five cheques, four cheques have already been handed over to the applicant and now he has handed over Cheque No. '066544' to Sri Dinesh Pathak, learned counsel for applicant before the Court. As the order passed by the writ Court has been complied by the opposite party, no further orders are required to be passed. The contempt application is disposed of. Notices are discharged.
