ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…pleased to issue a Writ Order or direction particularly, one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the Respondent authorities in considering the Petitioners representations dated 23.04.2025, 02.06.2025, and 25.06.2025, by which the petitioner seeking action against the respondent no. 6 to 8, which is illegal, arbitrary, and contrary to Sec 173 of BNSS is nothing but a violation of fundamental rights guaranteed under Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of Indiaand also contrary to the guidelines issued by Honble Apex Court in case of Lalita Kumari v. Govt, of U.Pand consequentlydirect the Respondent No. 2 to 5 to register the FIR in pursuant to the complaints dated 23.04.2025, 02.06.2025, 25.06.2025 submitted by the petitioner against the Respondent no's. 6 to 8 in accordance with law and to pass....”
2. Heard Sri Jada Sravan Kumar, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that police are not taking any action against the complaint dated 23.04.2025, 02.06.2025 and 25.06.2025 given by the petitioner.
4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader on instructions would submit that a crime has been registered on the complaint of the petitioner and no further orders are required to be passed in this matter.
5. Recording the submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
