The Court made the following order:
Though the matter is listed today under the caption ‘For Dismissal’, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Perusal of record shows that the Writ Petition was dismissed for non-prosecution on 01.05.2025. Subsequently, the petitioner filed Interlocutory Application seeking to set aside the order of dismissal and to restore the Writ Petition on its original number. This Court, vide order dated 01.09.2025, allowed the said Interlocutory Application and set aside the order of dismissal. Accordingly, the matter was listed to 18.09.2025. However, there was no representation for the petitioner on that day and the matter was posted today under the caption ‘For Dismissal’. Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner. It clearly shows that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the case. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, all the pending miscellaneous applications are closed. ___________________________ JUSTICE RAVI CHEEMALAPATI Date: 25.09.2025 MP
