This Contempt petition under Article 215 of the Constitution of India read with Section 12 of the contempt of Court Act. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the petitioner preferred W.P.(C) 4873/2023, Baba Vishwanath Construction Versus State of C.G. and Others before this Hon'ble Court which was allowed on 06.09.2024 with a direction to the Respondent No 01 to 03 to make payment of undisputed amount towards the work done by petitioner expeditiously, preferably with a period of three months from the date of receipt of order after verifying facts. pursuant to the order passed by this Hon'ble Court the entire copy of Hon'ble Court order dated 06.09.2024 was submitted before the office of Respondent No.03 on 11.09.2024. The contemnor no.03, addressed letter dated 17.09.2024 to the office of Advocate General, Bilaspur, District Bilaspur (C.G.) for necessary instructions. Despite specific order dated 06.09.2024 passed by this Hon'ble Court not a single amount has been paid to the petitioner thus the Respondents have not complied with the order passed by this Hon'ble Court and therefore, have made themselves liable for initiation of contempt proceedings. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays that this contempt petition may kindly be allowed and the respondents/contemnors may kindly be punished and suitable compensation may be granted to the petitioner, in order to uphold the majesty of law, in the interest of justice. 4. Learned counsel for the respondent No.3 assured this Court 3 that the order of this Court is completed within 15 days from today. 5. Mr. Shashank Singh, Executive Engineer of Hasdeo Canal (Respondent No.3) is also present before this Court and he also contended that the order passed by this Court is completed within 15 days from today. 6. I have heard learned counsel for the parties as well as Respondent No.3. 7. In view of the above, respondents authority is directed to comply the order of this Court within 15 days and petitioner is also at liberty to approach before this Court by way of the appropriate petition, if the grievance of the petitioner is not redressed. 8. With the aforesaid observations/directions instant petition is disposed of.
