GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... to issue a Writ order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamuc, declaring the action of the 3rd respondent not providing Police Protection against the unofficial Respondents in connection with causes trespasses the petitioner land and damaged the Roof Shed and made theft valuable property of the petitioner and threatening the petitioner 2 with anti social elements and endanger to the petitioner life and limb in respect of the land RS no. 404/11 to an extent of Sq.532.4 yards situated at Reddygudem Village and Mandal, Krishna District, illegal, arbitrary and against the principles of natural justice and also violation of Articles 14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently to direct the respondent Police to provide Police Protection in favour of the petitioner herein with his own expenditure against the unofficial respondents in respect of the land.” 2.
