Petitioner was appointed as APO by respondent No.3 as Fixed Tenure Employee on contract basis. On the allegation of dereliction of duties terminated from services he was 30.03.2011. Challenging the same, petitioner on preferrecTappeal before respondent No.2, resulting in dismissal by order dated 17.08.20211. Aggrieved by the same, petitioner filed W.P.No.27193 of 2011, which came to be disposed by this Court by order dated 06.03.2022 directing the respondents to conduct fresh enquiry. In pursuance to fresh enquiry, petitioner was exonerated from allegations and came to be reinstated as APO \ \ at Musunuru Mandal, Eluru District, by order dated 03.08.2023. As petitioner has not been paid the benefits from the period of termination till reinstatement, he made representation dated 25.02.2025 received by respondent Nos.1 & 2 on 07.04.2025 which is stated to be pending. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would suffice to direct respondent Nos.1 & 2 to dispose of the aforesaid representation. 4. Sri M.S.R.Chandra Murthy, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondents submits that the representation of the petitioner would be disposed in accordance with law. 5. In view of the aforesaid submission, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, with the consent of both the learned counsel, writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent Nos.1 & 2 to pass appropriate orders in pursuance of petitioners representation dated 07.04.2025 by passing speaking order within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6. 7. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be order as to costs. no As'-a sequel, miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
