Case No. 446 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 140(2) / 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of Sri Mayank Maliaz, learned Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi. 3. Husband of the Informant was abducted by the accused persons for ransom. Accused persons demanded Rs. 5.00 lakhs as ransom from the Informant. 4. It appears from the record that the husband of the Informant had taken Rs. 5.00 lakh as loan from one Sanjay Kumar who is an accused in this case. Accused persons had taken the husband of the Informant to force him to repay the loan amount. 5. Mr. Shree Prakash Jha, learned A.P.P has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that the petitioners were apprehended with the victim by the police just after the occurrence. 6. Considering the nature of allegation, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Mayank Maliaz, learned Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi in connection with Namkum (Kharsidag) P.S.
