Heard Mr. Sandeep Pandey, learned counsel for the appellants, learned A.G.A for the State, Mr. Anil Kumar Tripathi, learned counsel for the respondent no.2 as also perused the record. 2. The present criminal appeal under Section 14-A(1) Scheduled Castes & Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act has been preferred against the impugned cognizance/summoning order dated 24.07.2023 passed in Special Session Trial No.673 of 2023 passed by learned Special Judge, SC/ST Act, Mirzapur as well as charge sheet no.A-42 of 2023 dated 23.06.2023 arising out of Case Crime No.35 of 2023, under Sections 147, 323, 504, 506 IPC and Section 3(1)da, 3(1)dha, 3(2)5 ka of SC/ST (P.A.) Act, Police Station Chilh, District Mirzapur. 3. After the matter has been heard at some length, learned counsel for the appellants has submitted that he does not want to press the prayer made in the appeal. His sole prayer is that a direction may be issued to the court below to decide the bail application of the appellants in accordance with law. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the present appeal is disposed of with the direction that in case the appellants filed bail application before the court below, the same shall be heard and disposed of expeditiously in accordance with law. 5.
