By the present writ petition, the petitioners are questioning the execution proceeding pending before the respondent No.5 bearing Case No.202410103400006/2024-2025 and also seeking quashment of the possession warrant dated 29/11/2024. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that his Securitization Application bearing S.A. No.400/21 is pending before the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Jabalpur since February, 2021, though an interim order was passed in favour of the petitioners on 06/02/2023, but the condition imposed by the DRT has not been complied with, however, the petitioners seeks a limited relief for disposal of the S.A. No.400/21 pending before the DRT within a stipulated period. 3. Learned counsel for the State as well as counsel for the respondent Nos.1 & 2 have no objection to allow the limited prayer made by the petitioners. 4. Having considered the limited prayer made by the petitioners, 3 which is not opposed by the State counsel and counsel for the respondent Nos.1 & 2, this petition is disposed of and it is directed that the Securitization Application bearing S.A. No.400/21 pending before the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Jabalpur shall be decided within a period of 60 days from the receipt of copy of this order. 5.
