The present contempt application has been filed pleading willful disobedience of the order dated 11.03.2025 passed by this Court in Writ-A No. 2025 of 2025. In pursuance to the previous order passed by this Court, the Standing Counsel has filed a compliance affidavit of the opposite party disclosing that through order dated 08.05.2025, the applicant has been paid his gratuity amount, earned leave encashment amount and amount of G.P.F. as well as Group Insurance fund amount. The order has also been annexed with the compliance affidavit. The said discharge application along with compliance affidavit are taken on record. As the order passed by the writ Court has been complied by the opposite party, no further orders are required to be passed. The contempt application is disposed of. Notices are discharged. Let the file be consigned to record. The applicant has the remedy to challenge the order dated 08.05.2025 passed by the opposite party before appropriate forum on merits.
