The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 229/2024 arising out of Kharoundhi P.S. Case No. 34/2022, for the offences registered under Sections 343, 376D, 379, 498A, 504 and 506 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned Additional Session Judge, Nagar Untari. 3. The petitioner is the father-in-law of the prosecutrix. It appears that the husband of the prosecutrix is a differently abled person. It is alleged that the petitioner and other co-accused persons used to rape her. 4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that police after investigation, has submitted final form stating that the prosecutrix often used to visit the house of the brother of the petitioner, which was opposed by the petitioner and other family members due to which false case has been registered. 5. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail stands rejected. (Ambuj Nath, J.) Nandini/- Uploaded
