The statement is accepted as an undertaking to this Court. Once the proposal is submitted to respondent No.1, we direct respondent No.1 to decide the same expeditiously and, in any case, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of such proposal as we are informed that petitioner is working with respondent since 2010. 3. Considering the fact that the petitioner’s services are not disputed by respondent Nos.2 and 3, there shall be 923 wp 813-2025.odt 2 no coercive action against the petitioner without following due process of law. 4.
