1. Since the above petitions are arising out of same order and also the petitioner is same in above petitions, they are being heard and decided by this common order. 2. The present CRMP No. 2713/2019 has been filed by the petitioner seeking following relief:- 1 “ The Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for entire records in criminal revision No. 81/2019 before Third Additional Sessions Judge, Durg and in complaint case No. 3279/2018
2. That this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to set aside the impugned order dated 22.11.2019. (Annexure P1). 3. Any other relief this Hon’ble High Court deems fit.”

The present CRMP No. 2710/2019 has been filed by the petitioner seeking following relief:-
“1.The Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for entire records in criminal revision No. 82/2019 before Third Additional Sessions Judge, Durg and in complaint case No. 3280/2018. 2. That this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to set aside the impugned order dated 22.11.2019. (Annexure P1). 3. Any other relief this Hon’ble High Court deems fit.”
4. The present CRMP No. 2711/2019 has been filed by the petitioner seeking following relief:-
“1.The Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for entire records in criminal revision No. 83/2019 before Third Additional Sessions Judge, Durg and in complaint case No. 3281/2018. 2. That this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to set aside the impugned order dated 22.11.2019. (Annexure P1). 3. Any other relief this Hon’ble High Court deems fit.”
5. From the CIS report of the learned trial Court concerned which has been brought on record by the Registry of this Court regarding the
4 disposal of the aforesaid cases, it appears that the said cases have already been disposed of by the concerned trial Court. 6. In view of the above, the instance Cr.M.P. No. 2713/2019, Cr.M.P.
