JUSTICE S SUNIL DUTT YADAV ORAL ORDER The present petition was filed calling in question the correctness of the communication at Annexure-J with a further relief of mandamus to respondents 2 and 3 not to interfere with the petitioner's possession over the schedule property. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:48414 WP No. 5191 of 2025 2. During the pendency of the proceedings, learned Additional Government Advocate has filed along with a memo, communication of the Deputy Commissioner dated 20.11.2025. 3. It is noticed that in terms of the communication dated 20.11.2025, the communication at Annexure-J found at Reference No. 3 of the said communication has been withdrawn with a further undertaking that steps would be taken in terms of the orders of this Court. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:48414 WP No. 5191 of 2025 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in light of the stand as reflected in the communication to the Tahsildar dated 20.11.2025, grievance of the petitioner stands redressed. 6. Accordingly, petition is disposed of while taking note of the stand of the State Government as is evidenced from the documents produced along with the memo dated 21.11.2025. Needless to state any proceedings pending regarding phodi which are stated to have been stalled by virtue of the communication at Annexure-J are to be taken to its logical end as per law after following procedure. 7. Impleading application - I.A.2/2025 is stated to have been filed. Learned counsel for the impleading applicants submits that impleading applicants have certain contentions to be raised. However noticing the stand of the Government, I.A.2/2025 is dismissed as not calling for adjudication while stating that the contentions of - 5 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:48414 WP No. 5191 of 2025 impleading applicants do not call for adjudication in the present proceedings. 8.
