On the matter being taken up, Mr. Diwan Saifullah Khan, learned counsel for the revisionist submits that on account of some defects in the instant criminal revision, the revisionist does not want to press this criminal revision, therefore, he may be permitted to withdraw this revision with the liberty to file fresh criminal revision with better particulars. 2. Learned Additional Government advocate representing the State and Mr. R.K. Singh Rajput, learned counsel appearing on behalf of opposite party No. 2 have no objection to such prayer made on behalf of the revisionist. 3. In view of the above, the instant criminal revision is dismissed as withdrawn/not pressed with liberty as prayed for. 4.
